Toilet training problems let’s get them sorted.  My name is Danielle Strapp and I am passionate about working with parents and children to achieve toileting success. My role is to help parents be informed, well prepared and confident, enabling them to be their child’s greatest teacher, coach and ally. With knowledge and understanding stress and anxiety for parent and child will reduce and toilet mastery is achievable. I work with parents and children aged 2 to 7 years.

Toilet training is an important developmental milestone. It is a skill that requires brain maturity, muscle development and a willingness to learn. As with all new skills some children will require assistance to become masters of their own bowel and bladder functions.

Does this sound familiar?

  • My child just turned two and everyone is asking me when I plan to toilet train but I just don’t know whether my child is ready or where to start.
  • My child has been toilet trained but it is now refusing to use the potty or the toilet.
  • My child will wee on the toilet but will only poo in their knickers or nappy.
  • I started toilet training six months ago and we are no closer to being toilet trained.
  • My child has experienced constipation and now refuses to use the potty/toilet and is holding on to their poo.
  • My child is having accidents at daycare/three year old kindy/ kindy/ school and we need help.
